WES Evaluation And How It Works

WES Evaluation And How It Works

The  World Education Services (WES) evaluation is quite popular amongst those who have already started the study abroad application process, based on the difference in the grade points, some schools in Canada and the USA request you transcribe your transcript using a third-party evaluation system. The reason for this is for the school to be able to understand your grade and degree.

There are various third-party systems but the most common third-party evaluation system is the WES. To have your transcript transcribed is a very clear and direct process, you would have to open an account with Wes and login stating what you need them to do for you. After the whole application process, you get to generate a pin that you would send to your school and have them include it in the transcript they have to send to them.

There are different means of getting your transcript to them. They only accept electronic means for international students, you need to check their website for the various means and send them to your school for them to determine which they would use to send your details. This evaluation process is not free and neither is it expensive, we can’t ascertain the price as you would have to check in with WES for the price and the payment option.

Finally, the WES evaluation is one of the most important parts of your study or relocation abroad application depending on the country. Also, note that the WES evaluation is a compulsory part of the immigration process to Canada.
